WHAT IS AN E-GIFT CARD?
It's the perfect gift any time of the year. Select the amount you would like to give (between $25 and $500) and select the date you want to send it. We e-mail it to the recipient's inbox. It's that simple!

WHERE CAN I REDEEM MY E-GIFT CARD?
E-Gift Cards can be redeemed at GUESS.com or in any GUESS, Marciano, GUESS Factory or G by GUESS store in the United States or Canada. If redeeming an E-Gift Card online, enter the 16-digit account number and the 8-digit pin. If redeeming an E-Gift Card in-store, print a copy of the e-mail and give it to a GUESS associate.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE RECIPIENT TO RECEIVE THE E-GIFT CARD?
Order processing times may vary by the time of day the order is placed, but the recipient will normally receive the E-Gift Card within six hours after the order is placed and payment is authorized and verified. E-Gift Cards purchased after 3:00 PM PT Monday through Friday will not be processed until the following day. E-Gift Cards purchased after 3:00 PM PT on Saturday will not be processed until the following Monday.

HOW FAR IN THE FUTURE MAY I CHOOSE TO SEND AN E-GIFT CARD?
You may select to send an E-Gift Card to a recipient up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Your credit card will be billed on the date of purchase.

HOW MANY GIFT CARDS MAY I PURCHASE ONLINE?
You may purchase an unlimited number of Gift Cards; however, the total value of Gift Cards purchased may not exceed $1,500 in one order.

HOW DO I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE

CAN I ADD MORE MONEY TO MY GIFT CARD?
Visit any GUESS, Marciano, GUESS Factory or G by GUESS store to add additional money to your Classic Gift Card. You may not add additional money to an E-Gift Card.

HOW MANY GIFT CARDS MAY I REDEEM ON MY ONLINE ORDER?
You may redeem up to three Classic Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards per online order.

DO YOU CHARGE SHIPPING FOR GIFT CARDS
We offer free Ground shipping and expedited shipping (for an additional charge) for our Classic Gift Cards. There is no shipping charge for the E-Gift Card.
