Sales, promotions and discounts may not be applicable to all sizes, colors or styles. Quantities are limited; no rain checks will be issued. Offers are not valid on previously purchased merchandise or purchases of gift cards. GUESS?, Inc. reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue any offer, sale, promotion or discount at any time without notice.
While we take pride in every GUESSkids product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we'll assist you with a prompt return. Ground shipping on your replacement order will be free of charge. GUESSkids.com gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced and sale merchandise for up to thirty days after purchase date. Original receipt, hygiene strip and tags must be attached. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry and underwear are final sales.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. If the item was a gift purchased online, send it back to GUESSkids.com along with your online gift receipt. Refunds will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase online. Click here for our return address.
GUESSkids merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. Orders placed through Amazon.com can only be returned to the distribution center by following the mailing instructions on the back of your invoice.
Complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). Affix the enclosed shipping label to ensure correct delivery. Shipping charges for returns are your responsibility; packages must be returned pre-paid. All items must be returned via mail; we are not able to accept hand-delivered returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Refunds are processed 5-8 business days after item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

In-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 24 hours at no extra charge for shipping and handling. We will charge your credit card for new merchandise and refund your credit card for your returned merchandise upon receipt.
If you wish to return your item to GUESSkids.com, simply include a note along with your order that includes your order number and your full name (you can find the order number on the order confirmation email you originally received or if you were a registered GUESSkids.com shopper at the time by logging in to your GUESSkids.com account and viewing your order history). Send the item back to GUESSkids.com, along with your online gift receipt, within 30 days of the original purchase to receive a gift card redeemable online. IMPORTANT: If you wish to receive a gift card in the mail upon return, please note your request on the back of the online gift receipt, otherwise, a refund will be issued back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
